As a pricing analyst in the Personal Lines Auto organization, you'll assess rate adequacy and analyze product team strategies. In this role, you’ll coordinate pricing for auto premiums for the state of New York which has a unique, dynamic regulatory environment and market demands. You'll develop state-specific rate revisions and collaborate closely with other Personal Lines teams to ensure alignment and consistency. Additionally, you'll build department-wide reports and templates, and mentor and coach less experienced pricing analysts, encouraging a culture of continuous learning and development.

Must-have Qualifications

  • A minimum of six years of analytical work experience.
  • {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of five years of analytical work experience.
  • {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field of study and a minimum of three years analytical work experience.

Preferred Skills

  • Combine company, industry, and competitor information into holistic recommendations
  • Conduct ad-hoc analyses using data analysis tools
  • Experience with Excel, PowerPivot, Access, R, SAS, SQL, or Tableau
  • Conduct formal statistical analyses (for example, weighted regression) using R or SAS as needed, including interpreting diagnostic information
  • Excellent communication skills including visualization of quantitative information for non-technical audiences

Compensation

  • $72,100 -$113,200 / year depending on position level and experience
  • Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
