The primary responsibility of the Benefit Analyst is to research, analyze, evaluate, and administer corporate benefit plans and programs to meet the organization's strategy. This role also monitors industry and employment trends and analyzes the legislated requirements to estimate impact on the business. This role provides reports to management regarding employee benefits data findings.

What You'll Be Doing
Analyzes, designs, develops, and administers employer benefit programs to best meet the organization’s strategy.
Communicates eligibility and coverage information to employees.
Participates in benefit surveys.
Monitors and conducts research and analysis on market competitiveness of benefits and provides information and recommendations of changes that will maximize the hiring and retaining of employees.
Provides reports to management regarding employee benefits data findings (i.e. including trends, experience info, utilization, costs, forecasting).
Obtains and organizes data from HCM and ERP systems.
Works with internal and external business partners to run annual open enrollment process.
Provides world class service to all stakeholders.
Evaluates processes and makes recommendations for streamlining and simplifying administration.
Serves as either a project leader or participant in Total Rewards projects or initiatives.
Participates in developing and implementing the company’s Total Reward strategy.
Tracks applicable benefit legislation and ensures programs and policies are compliant with all State and Federal laws and regulations.
Maintain plan benefit documents including SPDs, SBCs, and benefit summaries.
Supports data audits and testing.
Consistently models the Company Values and Expected Behaviors.
Other duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Mathematics or a related field or equivalent experiences.
Minimum of 5-7 years of benefits experience which must include quantitative and qualitative analyses
Basic to intermediate knowledge of benefit plan design and management concepts. concepts and principles.
Basic to intermediate knowledge of underwriting and statistical concepts.
Experience with HRIS Compensation Modules (WORKDAY) preferred.
Knowledge of ERISA, HIPAA, ACA, FMLA and other related legislation.
Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task preferred.
CEBS, RHA, PHR, SPHR, REBC, designations a plus.
Solutions oriented with a strong ability to partner with the business to deliver client focused results and practical solutions.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Experience maintaining a high degree of discretion and sensitivity to Highly confidential information.
Proven success partnering with multiple departments, stakeholders, all levels of an organization.
Self-driven with ability to work independently.
