About the Role:
We’re looking for a financial leader to take charge of multi-site healthcare operations. As Senior Financial Controller, you’ll partner with the CEO to guide financial strategy, support rapid growth, and ensure compliance across multiple locations. This role offers a clear path to CFO for the right candidate.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.
• Drive financial operations for a multi-site healthcare group.
• Lead financial integration for acquisitions across the South and Southeast.
• Build and mentor a high-performing finance team.
• Help shape key business decisions with clear financial analysis.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 8+ years in healthcare finance (MSO, ASC, or PPM).
• Track Record: Expertise in growth-stage, private equity-backed companies.
• Skills: Strong ERP and financial software experience; CPA preferred.
• Leadership: Proven ability to develop and lead finance teams.
• Location Flexibility: Based within a 2-hour flight of Philadelphia; occasional in-office time required.
