Lead Mobile Product Designer

We are looking for a talented designer to join our design team. You will be taking the core part in overseeing and building enterprise projects, which includes requirements gathering, research, prototyping, creation of visual solutions, and overseeing the implementation of the projects. Hands on with team members to mentor, educate and facilitate training opportunities. Controlling the quality of the projects and providing leadership on the design. 

Our team is pursuing the following industries (but not limited to): professional services, financial, audit, consulting, accounting, risk compliance, workplace services and technology applications. 

We don’t just limit ourselves to mobile apps. We do everything that’s usable: wearables, Vision Pro, VR, tablets, kiosks (big touch screens like those in large shopping centers), apps for Windows and Mac OS, and we definitely don’t neglect the web. 

Requirements

Hard skills:

• Conduct discovery and research to define project concepts and UX architecture
• Create concepts and design products that demonstrate a high level of UX and UI quality, serving as examples for others
• Deep understanding of mobile design patterns, human-centered design (HCD), Material Design principles, and technical constraints
• Familiar with WCAG and the accessibility capabilities of mobile software and hardware
• Have advanced knowledge of Figma, including components, features (like auto layouts and constraints), libraries, and design systems

Leading skills:

• Evaluate projects quality and provide guidances to the team members
• Support designers with both creative vision and the technical details of the design process
• Create and maintain design documentation and best practices, and be open to updating them based on feedback
• Conduct team activities to boost skills and bridge knowledge gaps for both new and existing team members

Nice to have:

• Extensive experience with user research, usability testing and analytics tools.
• Deep knowledge of building complex, multi-app faced design systems

Languages:

• English: at least Upper-Intermediate (B2, all of our clients speak English, and our designers often participate in conversations)
