The Inside Sales Representatives will have two primary components:

1. Provide support in driving sales performance within a territory and have

2. Excellent customer and consumer satisfaction through field activities

The Inside Sales Representative will work with the Territory Sales Representatives for all golf accounts to sell, present, and deliver products, experiences, and brand stories that make Antigua the preeminent golf brand portfolio. The team of two will work to ignite the brands and accelerate sales and distribution growth well above company averages. The Inside Sales Rep will keenly understand consumers, the marketplaces, and Antigua products. They will collaborate with the Sales Rep to work on Marketing, Merchandising, Trial, and Product Placement plans for each territory. Responsible for planning and executing sales and marketing campaigns to generate new prospects and improve client retention.

Qualifications

TYPICAL DUTIES:

Typical duties will include, but are not limited to the following:

§ Account Sales Visits via Salesforce: new customers, generating leads via cold calling, direct email communication, and sales representative interaction.

§ Account Development – setting sales presentations for the Territory Sales Representative to grow product distribution within a territory

§ Weekly Call Reports – completion of weekly call reports and appointment scheduling utilizing Sales Force daily

EDUCATION / SKILLS:

§ 1-3 years of Sales Experience

§ Bachelor’s degree preferred

§ Must have a passion for the golf industry; industry knowledge is a plus

§ High-energy individual with strong multi-tasking, selling skills, and relationship-building skills

§ Passion for golf apparel brands and products

§ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

§ Excellence at managing multiple priorities

§ Ability to work weekends and evenings
