About The Role

We don't do boring. We don't do conventional. We're looking for a creative force who can transform industry conferences into immersive, data-driven experiences that delight and convert. As our B2B Events Manager, you'll be the architect of moments that matter, turning traditional trade shows into measurable opportunities for growth and genuine connection.

What You'll Do

• Strategic Event Portfolio Management
• Lead our presence at major national conferences, transforming standard spaces into compelling brand experiences
• Design and execute intimate local events that foster meaningful relationships with key decision-makers
• Develop creative concepts that break the traditional B2B event mold while driving qualified leads
• Own end-to-end lead generation targets and conversion metrics for all events
  
  

• Data-Driven Decision Making
• Build and maintain comprehensive event analytics dashboard to track ROI, lead quality, and conversion rates
• Conduct thorough post-event analysis to continuously improve performance and engagement
• Set and achieve ambitious lead generation goals for each event type
  
  

• Creative Leadership
• Manage relationships with external agencies to bring bold ideas to life
• Partner with our in-house design and brand teams to ensure every touchpoint reflects our unique culture and mission
  
  

• Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work closely with our product team to craft exciting announcement moments
• Partner with our email team to design engaging outreach campaigns
• Coordinate with sales to ensure events drive meaningful business outcomes
  

What We’re Looking For

• You're part event strategist, part creative director, and part storyteller
• You have a track record of turning conventional B2B events into memorable experiences
• You thrive on thinking differently and aren't afraid to challenge industry norms
• Experience managing agencies and cross-functional stakeholders
• Strong project management skills with attention to detail and budget oversight
• Background in B2B marketing, SaaS, or real estate technology is a plus

Pay Range

At Apartment List, we carefully consider a variety of factors to determine compensation for each position, including the role, level, and work. The US compensation range for this position is:

• Zone 1: $122,000 - $148,000 TTC (including $109,000 - $133,000 base salary) + equity
• Zone 2: $113,000 - $137,000 TTC (including $101,000 - $123,000 base salary) + equity
• Zone 3: $103,000 - $125,000 TTC (including $93,000 - $113,000 base salary) + equity
  
  

TTC = Total Target Compensation

This reflects the compensation target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Please note, the compensation details provided do not include benefits and perks that we offer.

We also rely on market indicators along with considering your work location, job related skills, experience and relevant education and training, to determine compensation that is fair and competitive for you. Apartment List will consider paying compensation near the higher of the range in exceptional circumstances, where candidates have the experience, credentials or expertise that would warrant such consideration.
