Salesforce Solution Architect

Our client is seeking a Salesforce Solution Architect to join their team. This role is pivotal in the design and implementation of enterprise-level Salesforce projects, with a particular focus on enhancing the interactivity of a Salesforce dashboard used by our client's customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the requirements, functional design, and measurable business outcomes of the Salesforce solution
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders, teammates, and delivery partners to implement the vision and transformation efforts
• Lead projects through the requirements definition and solution design phases
• Provide industry best practices as a trusted advisor to key business and technology stakeholders
• Identify areas of product growth
  
  
  

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Salesforce Architecture and UX/UI principles, with the ability to think through the UI and UX aspect of a dashboard. Experience with Salesforce CRMA is preferred, as is industry experience in property management or real estate.

Required Professional Experience and Skills:

• 4+ years experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect
• Proven experience in overseeing the direction, development, and implementation of CRM software solutions
• Experience making dashboards more interactive and user-friendly
• Enterprise Salesforce integration experience
• Salesforce CRMA experience is a big plus
• Property management, multifamily properties, commercial real estate industry experience strongly preferred
  
  
  

This role is remote. While there is no on-site requirement, the successful candidate may be required to attend important meetings in person.
