This position will oversee both pre and post-sales technical functions to include both our Sales Engineering and Customer Success functions. You will own developing and executing strategy to highlight customer value during POV's as well as post-sale implementation of our products to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and understanding of the value of Ordr's key technologies enabling future growth.

Duties And Responsibilities Will Include

  • Development and implementation of innovative sales engineering/customer success strategies.
  • Consult with customers to understand business challenges, clearly articulating strategies & solutions.
  • Build strong, strategic relationships that drive account growth by Identifying opportunities to expand the usage of our solutions and advocate for customers' needs.
  • Develop and implement functional processes and procedures to enable Sales/Customer Success effectiveness and cycle time reduction.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with customers to showcase ROI and discuss growth opportunities.
  • Provide data-driven insights that help leverage customer data to identify trends, assess account health and make proactive recommendation that drive revenue.
  • Maintain a broad level of knowledge of industry trends and how Ordr product add value.
  • Work with Ordr's customers to analyze problems and resolve the immediate problem through careful analysis of the performance of Ordr's products in the customer's network, as well as any pending issues with other vendor's products.
  • Facilitate technical interactions amongst the escalation team, engineering and the customers.

Qualifications

  • 10+ year combined Sales SE / Customer Success experience with security / cyber security product expertise.
  • Strong communication and public speaking skills.
  • Results-oriented leader with ability to scope and prioritize functional objectives in alignment with corporate revenue growth objectives.
  • Develop key leadership relationships to ensure collaboration between sales engineering/customer success and other functional units within Ordr.
  • Ability to exercise independent judgement and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Bachelor's/Master's Degree (or equivalent) related to technology/engineering

Salary range: $300,000 to $360,000 OTE. This would be a 70/30 comp split of base and variable. Our job titles span more than one career level. Actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, including but not limited to training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and location.
