TransformU, the education and training division of Transform 42 Inc., is at the forefront of delivering innovative learning solutions tailored for professionals in the defense and government contracting sectors. We empower learners to master essential skills in a high-stakes, dynamic industry.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and passionate E-Learning Instructor to join our team under a revenue share agreement. In this role, you will design and deliver online courses for defense and government contracting professionals. Your expertise will help learners navigate complex areas such as proposal writing, compliance, cybersecurity, and risk management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver e-learning modules, including scripts, presentations, and assessments.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and instructional designers to ensure high-quality content.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and ensure course material remains relevant and up-to-date.
  • Support marketing efforts by providing input on course promotions and outreach strategies.
  • Provide marketing for your courses, we will also market your courses.

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in defense contracting, government procurement, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in an instructional or training capacity, preferably in an online environment.
  • Proficiency with e-learning platforms (e.g., Thinkific, Moodle, or similar).
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts into clear and actionable lessons.
  • Background in instructional design or curriculum development is a plus.

Compensation Model

This is a revenue share opportunity. Instructors will earn a percentage of the revenue generated by their courses, creating a strong incentive to develop engaging, high-quality content that resonates with learners. You'll receive 80% of revenue you generate after taxes and fees. We use the other portion to support our team and help market the platform.
