We’re hiring for this WORK FROM HOME / REMOTE position, residing in any the following locations:

Phoenix or Tucson Arizona, Las Vegas or Reno Nevada, or Dallas, TX.

Position Summary

Are you a tech-savvy problem solver who thrives on delivering exceptional customer experiences? CDK Global is seeking an Associate Technical Support Analyst - Networks to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll be the first line of support, guiding clients and associates through technical challenges, troubleshooting software and network issues, and ensuring seamless operations.

What You'll Do

  • Respond to client and associate inquiries via phone, web chat, email, and online ticketing systems.
  • Create case logs, track information, and follow through to resolution, escalating complex issues as needed.
  • Configure network devices such as routers, switches, and access points.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with software applications and hardware.
  • Stay up to date with the latest industry developments and internal processes through training.
  • Collaborate with team members to provide outstanding customer service and innovative solutions.

What You Bring

  • Required:
    • Cisco CCNA certification or 2 years of experience configuring network devices.
    • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
    • Ability to document, track, and resolve issues efficiently.

  • Preferred:
    • Experience with ticketing systems (Clarify, Remedy, Salesforce).
    • Knowledge of Fortigate, zScaler, Wireshark, Microsoft O/S, and Active X controls.
    • Certifications such as A+, MCDST, or MCST.
    • Automotive industry experience.
    • Bilingual in French or Spanish is a plus!

Salary Range: $27.00 - $35.00 USD per hour
