Job Description:

Mobility Capital Finance Inc is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sr. BI Analyst to join our team. As a leading provider of financial solutions for the mobility industry, we are committed to innovation and excellence. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing large and complex datasets to derive insights and provide strategic recommendations. You will create and maintain data models, design and implement data visualizations, and develop reports and dashboards. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will translate business requirements into analytical solutions that drive informed decision-making. Additionally, you will play a key role in evaluating and optimizing our BI infrastructure and tools to ensure the accuracy, reliability, and efficiency of our analytics capabilities.

This role is remote and reports to the Head of Engineering. The range for this position is $90,000-$130,000 based on experience and location.

Job Responsibilities:

Analyze and interpret complex data sets using various statistical techniques and tools.
Develop and maintain data models and perform data validation and cleansing.
Design and create data visualizations, reports, and dashboards to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide analytical solutions.
Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data and provide strategic recommendations.
Evaluate and optimize the performance and efficiency of our BI infrastructure and tools.
Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in BI and data analytics technologies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
3+ years experience as a BI Analyst or similar role, preferably at a financial firm
Strong proficiency in SQL and data modeling.
Proficiency in visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
Experience with scripting languages such as Python or R.
Knowledge of statistical techniques and data analysis methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Must be permanently based in the United States; must be authorized to work in the US.
