Billing Analyst (remote)

Title: Billing Analyst

Reports to: Sr. Director of RCM Operations

FLSA Classification: Non-Exempt 

Full-Time

Salary Range: $25 to $28

Position Overview: This position is an essential member of our Billing team, focused on supporting our workflow and quality assurance in claims submissions as well as our reporting and analysis capabilities within the team.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Assist in the creation, analysis, and automation of billing productivity, performance and month end reports assisting in the design process of those automation efforts.
• Produce weekly and monthly billing productivity and performance reports as needed.
• Provide the Operations Management Team with valuable analysis data as needed, useful for driving decision making at Coronis Health.
• Perform daily, weekly and monthly billing activities that include but are not limited to; billing, auditing and resubmissions.
• Properly manage and track issues, ensuring that no issue falls off the radar and issues are proactively reviewed.
• Ensure timely resolution, tracking, and response to billing issues.
• Effectively respond to questions from clients/ Coronis Staff regarding billing issues.
• Accept full ownership of special work and/or project assignments.
• Fully participate in the drive to accomplish all department and corporate goals.
• Complying with HIPAA regulations and policies, policies and federal/state laws.

• Proven timely and accurate billing 
• Resourceful and patient approach to solving problems.
• Ability to multitask in a demanding, fast-paced environment.

Education and Experience

• 6+ years healthcare billing experience required.
• Ability to multitask in a demanding, fast-paced environment.
