Title: Operations System Manager

Salary Range: $65,000 to $75,000

Position Overview: The Operations Systems Manager is responsible for overseeing the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of practice management and revenue cycle systems, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. This position requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams and improve business operations through technology and process enhancement. This role is critical for driving operational excellence and ensuring that systems and processes support the organization's growth and adaptability.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- System Management and Maintenance:
- Oversee the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of operational systems.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all system-related inquiries and process-related questions.
- Collaborate with IT teams to address technical issues, perform upgrades and implement system enhancements as needed.
- Process Improvement:
- Analyze current operational workflows to identify opportunities for process optimization.
- Design and implement solutions to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Utilize data analytics to track performance, generate insights, and recommend actionable changes.
- Strategic Planning:
- Develop long-term strategies for operational systems that align with the company’s business goals.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure smooth operations across departments
- Stay current on industry trends and integrate innovative technologies that could enhance operational effectiveness.
- Training Support:
- Conduct hands-on training sessions for both employees and/or customers, ensuring effective system usage.
- Offer one-on-one support and coaching for users requiring additional assistance.
- Coordinate training sessions to accommodate diverse employee schedules.
- Troubleshoot system issues and collaborate with vendors on remediation, including, but not limited to, system enhancements and bug fixes.
- Stakeholder Communication:
- Act as the liaison between technical teams, management, and end-users ensuring clear and timely communication.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on system performance, upcoming initiatives, and project progress.
- Collect feedback to enhance system usability and meet business requirements.
- Manage relationships and technical systems vendors.

Requirements/Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in operations or systems management roles.
- 3+ years of system administration experience (Imagine Certification preferred).
- Comprehensive understanding of healthcare revenue cycle operational systems, process optimization, and project management.
- Proficiency in tools like revenue cycle operational systems, CRM platforms, and analytics software. Experience with Imagine One Kareo/Tebra, NextGen experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
