THE OPPORTUNITY

The sales enablement organization is seeking a Program Manager to support the rapid growth of our sales organization. This role will assist with the management, planning, execution, and operationalization of core sales enablement content and programs. Partnering with the broader sales and sales enablement teams, the program manager will help plan and execute impactful programs for developing the sales and technical sales teams and helping transform and uplevel the content and programs that support all training at Cyera. A successful Program Manager will scale and improve programs as well as support new programs from conception to adoption. Success is measured by the overall business impact of these programs and cross-functional collaboration. This role will report directly to the Chief Data Security Evangelist.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work with the Sales Enablement team to develop, execute, and optimize the all training content and programs
  • Assist the tracking and management of content creation and use with sales and marketing teams
  • Gather and relay feedback to continuously iterate on all programs
  • Assist in maintaining sales enablement tools to ensure they are easily accessible and provide the capabilities sellers need.
  • Develop and oversee project plans, ensuring all aspects of complex initiatives are properly scoped, resourced, and executed according to schedule and budget constraints.
  • Monitor and report on program progress, creating comprehensive updates for leadership and stakeholders that highlight key metrics, milestones, risks, and mitigation strategies.
  • Implement and maintain program governance structures, including establishing clear decision-making processes, roles and responsibilities, and change management protocols.
  • Identify and mitigate risks and issues that could impact program success, proactively developing contingency plans and leading problem-solving efforts when challenges arise.
  • Ensure alignment between program objectives and overall organizational strategy, continuously assessing and adjusting program direction to maximize business value and support long-term goals.

Requirements

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years experience in a high-performance sales organization in sales, enablement, or learning and development
  • A strong understanding of Enterprise sales, including developing sales content, tools, and training from the ground up
  • A thorough understanding of delivering sales training leveraging modern selling methodologies, Force management is highly desirable
  • Experience with content management and learning management systems, ideally in an Enterprise first selling motion
  • Able to build internal relationships with sales and marketing
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work with ambiguity in an unstructured, high growth and fast-paced environment


COMPENSATION INFORMATION: 

In addition to a standard benefits and equity package, we offer a generous salary. Final compensation will vary based on seniority and relevance of experience, location, and position requirements.

This role may be eligible for potential merit increases based on factors such as individual or company performance, time in role, and other discretionary factors.​
