Join GrowthAssistant as a Shopify Brand Manager!
 

Are you passionate about e-commerce and looking to grow your career in brand management? We are seeking a detail-oriented Shopify Brand Management Assistant to join our team! In this role, you’ll help ensure our Shopify store operates smoothly, from product setup to content management, while supporting various e-commerce initiatives.

Salary Range: PHP 70,000 - 80,000/month

Note: Rate/Salary will depend on your current competencies matched to the position’s job description and requirements based on the assessment results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and manage new products on Shopify, ensuring accurate descriptions, images, and pricing.
  • Upload and format content for landing pages (no coding required).
  • Refresh and update website content as needed.
  • Remerchandise collection pages by organizing and arranging products for optimal display.
  • Manage and maintain product catalogs for third-party apps (e.g., Shop App, TikTok Shop).
  • Perform regular site audits to ensure product and content accuracy.
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks related to Shopify site management.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: 2+ years managing Shopify store operations or similar e-commerce platforms.
  • Skills: Familiarity with product uploads, content management, and basic Shopify site functions.
  • Traits: Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.
  • Extras: Experience with third-party sales channels like Shop App or TikTok Shop is a plus.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

  • Basic experience with Shopify themes or page builders like PageFly, Shogun, or similar tools.
  • Familiarity with digital merchandising and e-commerce best practices.
  • Experience coordinating with marketing or design teams for content updates.
