Job description

Job Summary

Lexmark is seeking a Site Operations Specialist (SOS) to join a passionate, Customer Focused Team supporting a large Retail Pharmacy customer's print environment across the United States. The SOS role plays a vital role in daily asset, consumables, and fleet management to ensure customer's’ stores are cared for with the highest level of customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Perform daily fleet analysis to ensure activities are processed in a timely manner.
  • Review consumables requests from store associates to determine immediate needs, providing feedback with best practices on a case-by-case basis.
  • Monitor online status of ~30,000 printers, working with store associates via phone to bring offline devices online.
  • Manage dedicated inbox for consumables requests and escalations by providing prompt feedback to Customer's Service Desk, Store Operations, and store associates.
  • Continually evaluate processes to recommend and implement improvements to improve productivity, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Work with internal teams to monitor proactive consumables management (PCM) algorithm, recommending adjustments as needed.
  • Responsible to build a high- trust relationship with multiple levels within the Client environment. 
  • Work in partnership with Client, becoming a credible advisor for Lexmark's MPS program.
  • Expected to consistently demonstrate and represent Lexmark brand according to our mission and guiding principles.

Experience and Background

  • 1-2 years of customer facing experience preferred.
  • Background in Managed Print Services (MPS) preferred.
  • Experience working with Retail Pharmacy customers – as an employee, contractor, or vendor is a plus.
  • Proficient using Microsoft tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
  • History working with large, cross functional teams.

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
