A DAY IN THE LIFE

This position will report into the Transformation Team and will be part of an agile business systems team accountable for designing, configuring and maintaining functionality across our suite of Workday Financial applications. With a deep understanding of Workday reporting and analytics, you'll deliver valuable insights to drive user adoption.

  • Design, configure, test, implement and maintain custom reports and dashboards using Workday core reporting, Discovery Boards and Adaptive Planning

  • Analyze and optimize report performance

  • Work with the corporate FP&A team in the support and implementation of Workday Adaptive Planning models

  • Contribute on important business transformation projects

  • Communicate, and train the organization to effectively leverage Workday reporting functionality

  • Interact with Workday Community and stay abreast of the latest Workday reporting trends and best practices

  • Participate as subject matter expert in development of training content

NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS

To perform this job successfully, individuals must be able to perform each duty and responsibility satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

  • 3+ years of experience designing and configuring Workday Financials reports and dashboards

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Accounting, Computer Science or Information Systems Management; supported by experience in a similar technical environment

  • Proficient in key Workday report types: Advanced, Matrix, & Composite

  • Detailed understanding of Workday reporting processes and best practices

  • Solid understanding of Workday Financials, including PSA (Professional Services Automation) module, and related domain security

  • Global, multi-currency reporting experience preferred

  • Must be able to use discretion in handling confidential and/or proprietary information

  • Must be comfortable with being a self-starter, have autonomy and manage ambiguity

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience in a project centric service organization is highly desirable

  • Workday Adaptive Planning experience a huge plus

  • Workday Discovery Boards a plus

  • Workday certification is highly desirable
