We are seeking an Event Marketing Manager, in this role, you will lead the development and execution of marketing and sales engagement communications, creative assets, and content for customer events in a live, digital/virtual, or hybrid format. The ideal candidate is someone who is creative, strategic, innovative, meticulous, and well-versed in multiple marketing channels.


This is a full-time, salaried position with benefits for a remote worker within the United States.


What you will be doing:

  • Audience acquisition and demand generation for customer events.
  • Develop and successfully execute marketing and sales enablement strategies and communication plans aligned to event KPIs and ROI goals.
  • Develop and ensure successful execution of end-to-end, integrated marketing campaign, including social media strategy that drives awareness and engagement at customer events.
  • Drive internal communications and develop resources to ensure event awareness and readiness with Regional Marketing, Sales, and Channel Partner teams.
  • Work closely with Brand team and vendors to develop creative assets used onsite and in internal and external marketing and communications efforts.
  • Manage review cycles for all communications, content, and creative assets for assigned customer events.
  • Deliver-post-event report with audience engagement measurement/metrics to event stakeholders and executive leadership.
  • Manage creative vendors and the budget associated with deliverables, as needed


What you bring:

  • 8+ years’ experience creating external marketing and internal sales enablement content for various platforms: digital, print, web, social, and experience working for at least one enterprise B2B technology company
  • Proven track record of designing and delivering integrated communication plans that drove event registration/attendance and attendee engagement
  • Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills (written, verbal, visual)
  • Experience collaborating with Sales, Channel Partner, and Regional Marketing teams in driving audience engagement
  • Proficient with Microsoft PowerPoint and in creating/developing presentations for executive leadership
  • Ideally experienced/proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Knowledge of best practices/trends in event marketing planning and execution
  • A passion for events and drive to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • On-site management of audience engagement deliverables, as needed
  • BA/BS in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
  • Travel Required – up to 30%
