Lifeway GTM Operations has an opening for a Marketing & Reporting Analyst. We are seeking a skilled Marketing & Reporting Analyst with strong analytical capabilities to develop and execute data-driven reports and strategies. This role is essential in delivering actionable insights for the Marketing team, using data as a foundation for decision-making and optimization.

Responsibilities:
Develops, prepares, and presents analyses using BI, SAS, MicroStrategy, and Excel to support strategic initiatives
Works with the marketing team to develop scalable processes for campaign management and performance tracking
Assists in gathering and aggregating Marketing KPIs, revenue attribution, and spend, using scorecards and dashboards to track performance
Partners with IT Data, Finance, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals and standards
