Finance Consultant

This is a remote position.

• Manage client engagements with Zoho Finance training, implementation and custom development
  
• Manage finance migration projects. Assisting clients in their transition to Zoho Books.
  
• Managing client expectations and setting goals
  
• Manage client communications effectively and on time.
  
• Ensure client success via training and walkthroughs
  
• Implement solutions across various Zoho Finance applications
  
• Effectively delegate tasks to Zenatta's development team
  
• Contribute to company goals and objectives, including but not limited to:
  
• Content creation
  
• Community engagement
  
• Internal meetings
  
  

Requirements

• Strong understanding of financial and accounting principles
  
• Experience with bookkeeping and financial record keeping
  
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial software
  
• Understanding of Sales, Marketing, and Order Management processes and best practices
  
• Background in providing business solutions in low-code platforms (Zoho, Salesforce, PowerApps)
  
• Experience managing organizational change efforts
  
• Knowledgeable in Experience with the Zoho Financial Suite applications a plus
  
• Self-starter with robust communication skills
  
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
