The role involves clarifying roles and responsibilities across a diverse range of stakeholders, ensuring all logistics details are addressed to meet delivery requirements. This includes ensuring that equipment arrives at the site safely, without defects, and in alignment with Required On-Site (ROS) dates. The role demands meticulous planning, continuous communication, and strategic problem-solving to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with various legal, financial, and regulatory standards, including DOE, 48C, UGG, and FAR requirements, while delivering on project objectives in a highly regulated and dynamic environment.
