In this pivotal role, you'll spearhead the technical leadership of our IT Essential Services Implementation Center of Excellence (COE), ensuring our core operations, teams, and business continuity are rock-solid. Dynamics 365 functional expertise in finance, supply chain, or procure to pay is required to accelerate global implementation and adoption of D365 solutions. This newly created role is responsible for leading global development, testing, and implementation of D365 ERP solutions and ISVs. You'll work closely with a project management Scrum Masters and the enterprise architect to ensure seamless end-to-end business process flows and top-notch quality control. What You’ll Be Doing

Stakeholder Management

  • Leads stakeholder collaboration in the ongoing education and development of priorities.
  • Manages the development and adoption of systems through effective change management practices.
  • Responsible for system training and adoption across all stakeholder groups.
  • Leads vendor/consultant negotiations, contracts, and management.

Implementation Leadership

  • Identifies opportunities to gain greater ROI with ERP solutions through new functionality or opportunities for automation and AI solutions. Provides recommendations in the development and sequencing the ERP roadmap.
  • Identifies enterprise business/user requirements (interviews, document analysis, workshops, and workflow analysis, etc.) and priorities. Guide the development of requirements gathering, fit gap assessment, system design and configuration development. Lead the development of "as is" and "to be" processes, user behaviors, and systems changes required to achieve the "to be" capability.
  • Leads the development and alignment of technical development requests, timelines, and priorities.
  • Works closely with the enterprise architect in the design of complex and multi-function and multi-application end-to-end design solutions.
  • Oversees creation of solutions in partnership with system architects and development teams.
  • Leads complex, cross functional teams, system configurations, enhancements, and customizations
  • Oversees and supports ongoing development of system configurations to ensure processes, programs, and governance are optimized
  • Develops reporting capability in collaboration with operations and development teams.
  • Leads the development and implementation of security and controls in collaboration with IT Security Team.
  • Provides highest level of incident issue response and resolution in coordination with Operations Specialist.
  • Ensures the delivery of projects, in alignment with project management methodology and quality standards.
  • Identifies opportunities for application enhancements for automation in anticipation of business needs by partnering with Project Managers.
  • In Collaboration with the PM/Scum Master, ensures team works on prioritized work and ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
  • Leads the proactive and continuous review and adoption of integration tools, techniques, standards, and services by maintaining a deep, comprehensive knowledge base of applicable business solutions, trends and best practices.
  • Oversees the effective engagement and escalation with vendors. Ensures beneficial relationships and applying appropriate negotiating skills to ensure desired value is being delivered.

What You’ll Bring To The Role

  • 5+ years D365 functional implementation experience
  • 10+ years and 2+ ERP implementations demonstrated progressive responsibility in development and optimization of critical business systems/ applications including, including ERP and financial systems, ideally with publicly traded companies
  • 3+ years leading multi-country, ERP development/implementations
  • Experience in designing, developing, or maintaining ERP system
  • 5+ years working with integrations
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer sciences, or technical field, preferred. Masters degree, ideal.
  • ITIL certification and previous Technical Certifications, preferred.

Total Rewards

$140K to $170K per year base salary plus 10% - 15% profit-sharing contribution to your retirement account and annual cash incentive reward. Salary is determined by multiple factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and alignment with market data.
