At Wynne Systems, we seek a data-driven Revenue Operations Manager to set fire to our MarTech Stack, by taking ownership of the data that flows through the sales and lifecycle funnels. You will be instrumental in driving operational efficiency across the funnel, ensuring alignment with sales, marketing and other customer-facing departments.

This is a Salesforce CRM and HubSpot MAP shop. While this may not be our forever-tech stack, immediate proficiency in these tools is key. ABM for enterprise-level accounts is at our marketing core.
This position reports to the Director of Marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy: Map the funnel and customer journey with well-defined documentation and to enforce data standards.
- Marketing Funnel Analysis & Optimization: Monitor, analyze, and optimize the marketing funnel to ensure efficient lead flow and to enhance lead-to-customer conversion rates.
- Data Management & Analysis: Ensure data integrity and cleanliness across all marketing platforms. Provide detailed reporting and analytics related to campaign performance, ROI, and other key marketing metrics.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing and Sales teams to align strategies, define shared KPIs, and maximize revenue impact.
- Technology Stack Management: Oversee the selection, implementation, and management of marketing technologies. Ensure tools are integrated and data flows seamlessly across platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, WordPress, data enrichment providers, etc).
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization, recommend system enhancements, and drive best practices in marketing operations.
- Forecasting: Collaborate with finance and sales operations to generate accurate revenue and pipeline forecasts.
- Campaign Execution: Support marketing team in campaign planning and execution by ensuring adequate systems, processes, and analytics are in place.
- Training & Enablement: Train and support the marketing and sales team on tools, technologies, and best practices to enhance efficiency.
Technical Qualifications and Transferable Skills:
- Minimum of 4 years experience in marketing operations, revenue operations, or a closely related role.
- Advanced expertise with marketing automation tools ([e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, etc.]).
- Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting and data analysis.
- Ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- A/B testing
- Salesforce Administration Experience
- Administration experience for a robust Marketing Automation Platform
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in enterprise-level ABM.
- Certification in relevant marketing technologies or methodologies.
- CRO skills.
- Advanced data analytics skills (Looker, BI, Tableau, etc.)

Compensation: Range: 90k-110k annually, dependent upon experience
