As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll play a pivotal role in our mission by combining inbound lead qualification and outbound prospecting to drive pipeline growth and connect prospective clients with our innovative solutions.
As an SDR at Eleos Health, you’ll be responsible for both inbound and outbound lead generation and qualification efforts. You will engage with potential clients from various channels, assess their needs, and create opportunities for our sales team. Reporting to the SDR Manager, you’ll collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure a seamless lead journey and contribute to Eleos Health’s growth.
You’re an experienced, results-driven and sales-oriented professional with proven performance and understanding of best practices. You are a believer in strategic, targeted outbound and inbound pipeline development strategies. You know how to leverage technology and use data to manage your time, qualify prospects, and drive continuous improvement. You have a passion for sales/marketing, operate with high accountability and are eager to make a positive impact in mental health care. You are flexible, adaptable, and enjoy fast-paced, high-growth environments.
