About the Role 

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Salesforce Administrator with expertise in Sales Cloud and CPQ to manage, optimize, and support our Salesforce instance. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring that our Salesforce platform aligns with business needs, enhances sales processes, and drives overall efficiency. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Salesforce Administration: Perform day-to-day administration, including user management (profiles, roles, permissions), data management (import/export), and system configuration (workflows, approvals, reports, dashboards).
  • Sales Cloud Management: Customize and configure the Sales Cloud to support sales processes, including opportunity management, lead tracking, and forecasting.
  • CPQ Implementation: Manage and enhance Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) functionality to streamline quoting, pricing, and product configuration. Collaborate with the sales and finance teams to ensure accurate and efficient quote-to-cash processes.
  • Process Automation: Implement and manage advanced Salesforce automation, including Flows, Process Builder, and validation rules to optimize workflows and enhance user productivity.
  • Data Integrity: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of Salesforce data by conducting regular data audits, deduplication, and implementing data management best practices.
  • User Training & Support: Provide ongoing support, training, and documentation to Salesforce users. Address user issues and implement enhancements based on feedback.
  • System Enhancements: Work with cross-functional teams (Sales, Finance, Marketing, IT) to gather business requirements and implement new Salesforce features and enhancements.
  • Integration Management: Oversee the integration of Salesforce with other systems (e.g., ERP, Marketing Automation, etc.) to ensure seamless data flow and process alignment.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics to provide insights into key performance indicators (KPIs) and business performance.
  • Compliance & Security: Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and maintain Salesforce security settings to protect sensitive information.

Qualifications 

  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with hands-on experience in Sales Cloud and CPQ.
  • Certifications: Salesforce Certified Administrator required; Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist is preferred.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform best practices.
    • Proficient in configuring Salesforce CPQ, pricing rules, discount schedules, and product configuration.
    • Experience with Lightning Experience, Flows, Process Builder, and Apex (basic understanding preferred).
    • Knowledge of Salesforce integrations via APIs and third-party tools.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail, especially in managing system configurations and data accuracy.
  • Team Player: Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Experience in integrating Salesforce CPQ with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira).
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Communities or Experience Cloud is a plus.
