Job description

LTS is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Call Center Operations to manage a 300+ call center operations. You will be responsible ensuring the efficient delivery of service per contractual requirements and optimizing overall contract performance. Further, you will be a part of leading virtual health services, leading delivery operations, and assisting in building program requirements. This position will also be responsible for working across all LTS service lines supporting all other contracts and/or new pursuits as needed. You will also serve as a subject matter expert for call center and general service operations.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

  • Oversee the execution of government contracts, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and timelines. Implement best practice for project management, quality control, and risk mitigation.
  • Mentor and lead high performing professionals, including program managers project managers and delivery specialist provide coaching and mentorship to develop their skills and expertise.
  • Ensure that government contracts adhere to all relevant regulations, requirements, and quality standards. Identify and mitigate potential risks to successful contract delivery.
  • Continuously evaluate contract performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement measures to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to government contracts and program delivery. Provide regular updates to the executive team and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in related field plus five years of experience. Additional years of experience are required in lieu of a degree.
  • Extensive experience in government contracting with a proven track record of successful contract delivery and management.
  • Strong knowledge of federal state and local government procurement regulations and processes
  • Exceptional strategic planning and business development skills
  • Strong leadership, communication, and a growth mindset.
  • Proficiency in program and project management. Strong problem solving and decision-making skills.
  • Experience in managing and developing solutions around call centers and telehealth.
