Summary:

Manager IT Revenue Systems is responsible for the implementation and day to day operations of the Information Technology application portfolio for enterprise Patient Access teams which includes Registration, Scheduling, Patient Access, and other associated functions. This leader ensures that operating priorities are met and drives the execution of project deliverables, while maintaining KPIs specific to each business partner. The Manager IT Revenue Systems focuses on collaborating with Nuvance Health business leaders to gather requirements and align business process with technology solutions.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee day-to-day operations within span of control, resolving problems as necessary, and ensuring that operations are efficient, compliant, safe, and of the highest possible quality.

2. Optimize management structures and workflows within span of control to continually improve quality and efficiency.

3. Comply with all Nuvance Health and affiliate policies and ensure compliance with all applicable law and regulation.

4. Works through governance, business leaders, and IT leaders to execute enterprise projects.

5. Ensures continuity and reliability of operating systems.

6. Responsible for meeting SLA commitment with business partners.

7. Coordinates and maintains vendor relationships for IT systems.

8. Mentor and develop IT Staff & Analysts.

9. Maintains and Models Nuvance Health Values.

10. Demonstrates regular, reliable and predictable attendance.

11. Performs other duties as required.

Educatoin/Skills/Requirements

· Associates Degree in Information Technology or other related fields required or equivalent experience.
