CRM Email Marketing Specialist

GrowthAssistant is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented CRM Email Marketing Specialist. This role will be responsible for managing and executing email marketing campaigns, including campaign setup, asset integration, and audience targeting. This role involves daily operations, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality email delivery across multiple platforms.

The schedule: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST

Core Tasks:

• Develop and launch email marketing campaigns in Klaviyo or Mailchimp, including HTML builds, asset setup, audience segmentation, and targeting.
• Oversee day-to-day operations for CRM email marketing campaigns, ensuring campaigns align with brand messaging and customer lifecycle strategies.
• Perform thorough testing and Quality Assurance (QA) for each campaign, validating tracking accuracy and ensuring optimal rendering across devices and browsers.
• Provide support for push notifications, in-app messaging, and other lifecycle marketing initiatives as needed.
• Ensure timely execution and delivery of all CRM email marketing efforts across platforms to meet performance goals and deadlines.

Must-Have:

• Experience using Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar CRM platforms for email marketing (experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Oracle a plus).
• Proficiency in HTML/CSS and Liquid for creating and modifying email templates.
• Strong understanding of audience segmentation, personalization, and targeting strategies for effective CRM marketing.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills to track campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities.
• Availability to work within the Eastern Standard Time (EST) zone.
