CFO Hub is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consulting Human Resources Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management and consulting, with the ability to provide strategic guidance and support to clients across various industries.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert HR consulting services to clients on a wide range of human resources topics, including but not limited to: employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, talent acquisition, HR compliance, and organizational development.
  • Conduct comprehensive HR assessments and audits to identify areas for improvement and develop customized solutions to address client needs.
  • Collaborate with client stakeholders to develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs that align with business objectives and promote a positive work culture.
  • Advise clients on best practices for managing employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
  • Deliver engaging training sessions and workshops for client employees and managers on HR-related topics.
  • Stay current on HR trends, regulations, and best practices to provide up-to-date guidance and recommendations to clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their unique needs and provide ongoing support and guidance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, SPHR) preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management and consulting roles, preferably with experience working with clients in diverse industries.
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing HR projects and initiatives from conception to implementation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex HR issues, develop creative solutions, and drive results.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong time management and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
