TEAM & ROLE

We seek a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team, focusing on medium to large-sized businesses (enterprise team) with 1,000-30,000 employees. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, understanding their unique needs, and presenting tailored solutions demonstrating the value of Benepass's offerings.

ROLE LOCATION & TRAVEL

This position is U.S remote but might require travel from time to time. You will be expected to attend company-wide on-site events three times per year.

ABOUT YOU

  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with diverse clients.
  • You are self-driven, motivated, inspiring, and entrepreneurial, with the ability to own outcomes and make things happen.
  • You bring strong organizational and time-management abilities, with exceptional attention to detail.
  • You excel at navigating complex deals with multiple stakeholders.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in sales. A robust network of employee benefit consultants/brokers.
  • Experience selling pre-tax benefit products with a proven track record of obtaining/exceeding annual quotas for net new revenue.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate a pipeline from employee benefits consultants/brokers.
  • Familiarity with SFDC, Gong, and other sales tools to run an effective sales process.

COMPENSATION

  • Base: $100,000 - $170,000 + Variable Compensation + Equity

Range(s) is subject to change. Benepass takes a number of factors into account when determining individual starting pay, including market comparables, interview performance, peer compensation, and years of experience.
