Business Development Representative And Project Manager Requirements

  • Proven track record in business development within commercial construction with a general contractor
  • 5+ years of sales experience in the New Jersey market
  • Strong ability to think creatively, demonstrate proactivity, and show exceptional follow-up skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Excel, and Adobe
  • Familiarity with WhatsApp for project communication

Business Development Representative And Project Manager Responsibilities

  • Follow up on leads provided by the owner and identify new opportunities
  • Research potential leads, decision-makers, and market trends to expand the client base
  • Engage prospective clients, convey the company s value, and secure new business relationships
  • Gather and relay project details to the owner and team, ensuring accurate and timely information flow
  • Collaborate with the business development director on bids and pricing tracking
  • Maintain and update lead progress on shared systems while juggling multiple projects
  • Arrange and coordinate superintendent interviews with clients when necessary
