Position Overview

Goldcast addresses the entire video content challenge for marketing teams, from creating video content (events, webinars, podcasts) to amplifying it through our AI Content Lab and AI Search product. These tools help transform content into short-form videos, SEO-enriched blog posts, and targeted distribution across social media and the web, while tracking engagement.

Our Senior Account Executives in the mid-market and enterprise segments have a strong track record of exceeding their annual goals. In this role, you’ll focus on closing mid-market (500–2000 employees, ACV $50,000) and enterprise accounts (>2000 employees, ACV $100,000+). The ideal candidate will have experience selling sales technology or marketing technology, with a passion for crafting a great buying experience for our future customers.

What You’ll Do

As a key contributor to the sales team, you’ll work closely with the Senior Director of Sales and the founder/COO. Your success will be measured by delivering results, representing Goldcast to prospects, and providing a stellar sales experience.

Your Primary Responsibilities Will Include

  • Qualifying and engaging inbound leads through discovery calls.
  • Generating new business by attending and participating in industry events and field activities.
  • Delivering personalized product demonstrations that resonate with prospects.
  • Addressing and overcoming objections by understanding and solving client pain points.
  • Driving deals to closure and consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Partnering with Customer Success to ensure seamless deal handoff.
  • Acting as a liaison between customers and the Product team to share valuable insights.

Who You Are

  • You bring 4–6 years of sales experience in B2B technology, with a proven record of meeting or exceeding goals. Experience selling to sales or marketing personas is preferred.
  • You thrive in unstructured, fast-paced environments and are adept at adapting to change.
  • You’re data-driven, process-oriented, and focused on metrics for success.
  • You take initiative, own your work, and excel at execution.
  • You’re a collaborative team player who celebrates collective wins.
  • Ideally, you are based near Seattle, Boston, NYC, or San Francisco.

Compensation

Goldcast is a remote organization with access to an office in Boston for occasional gatherings. The CEO is located in the Boston area and COO is in San Francisco.

We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, along with opportunities for professional growth and development. The total compensation for this role, including variable pay, is $180K-$240K, depending on experience.
