Job Summary
The primary purpose of this position is to support store teams by monitoring and addressing risks and negative trends. The Service Representative will utilize data analysis, video review, and alerts while identifying and escalating risks. All duties must be completed with urgency with a focus on proactive identification of risks and opportunities. The Service Representative will be the primary resource for ORC administration including KTR review, video review, alert development and networking via law enforcement and retail partners. This role will also support the field via remote investigative efforts including internal video review, external video review and phone interviews / investigations.
Responsibilities
  • Conduct Organized Retail Crime (ORC) investigations via KTR analysis, video review, evidence retention, networking with law enforcement and other retailers, and communication with field team.
  • Conduct remote video review focusing on external theft activity in selection locations based on KTR and cycle count trends.
  • Monitors 24/7 alarm activity and conducts notification of store teams and law enforcement as applicable.
  • Conduct video review of alarm exception activity including opening, closing and irregular events.
  • Monitors 24/7 weather, civil unrest and other risks and conducts law enforcement notification, evidence retrieval and case documentation.
  • Conduct critical incident support via video review, evidence retention, and law enforcement partnership. Provide 3si cash / RX tracker communication to law enforcement.
  • Monitor gift card & Western Union scam alerts and partner store locations and field leadership to deter loss.
  • Conduct internal investigations, including phone interview, as requested by the Director of SOC.
  • Support the stores / field AP by troubleshooting CCTV and EAS issues and escalating with service partners via Service Channel.
