Position: Operations Coordinator (Supply Chain)
Reports to : Operations Manager, Logistics
Location: Montreal, Québec
Continually growing and expanding, we are now looking for an exceptional Operations coordinator that will take BESTSELLER to the next level.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our routing and shipping processes. Working closely with the distribution center, shipping partners, and internal teams, you'll ensure that orders are routed efficiently, and shipments arrive on time and in perfect condition.
- Order Routing: Adhere to customer-specific instructions for scheduling pick-ups through email, TMS, or phone
- Bill of lading creation: Create customer specific Bill of Lading’s (BOL) for all wholesale outbound deliveries
- Documentation management: Ensure all necessary shipping and customs documentation is collected, processed, and submitted to avoid delays.
- Collaborate with internal teams: Work closely with the distribution center and receiving teams to ensure smooth handoffs and efficient order fulfillment.
- Monitor shipping performance: Analyze and report on shipping performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- Support claims and troubleshooting: Assist with claims management in case of any shipping issues or discrepancies.
- OP involvement: Participate in Operations Planning (OP) meetings to align on on-time delivery goals and operational efficiency.
WHO YOU ARE
We’re looking for someone with a sharp analytical mind and the confidence to ask the right questions. While we hire for mindset and train for skills, here’s what would make you a great fit:
- 1–2 years of experience in logistics or warehouse operations
- Good understanding of inventory management, supply chain processes, and shipping/receiving procedures is a strong asset.
- Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed decisions to optimize workflows.
- Skilled at resolving issues, pinpointing root causes, and delivering solutions under tight deadlines.
- Effectively communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders, including shipping companies and suppliers, in both English and French.
- Proficient in creating pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and analyzing large datasets to support operational efficiency.
- Quick learner with a high degree of autonomy.
