Digital Marketing Strategist

Position Summary:

Enspire for Enterprise is a digital marketing agency that provides digital marketing solutions to franchise, multilocation and enterprise businesses.  We offer a full suite of digital marketing solutions and apply them based upon the unique needs of our clients. Our approach, combined with our business intelligence platform, ultimately allows our clients to unify, scale, and optimize their local and national marketing strategies.  

We are looking for a digital marketing expert with strong leadership skills to oversee Digital Advertising and SEO campaigns for our most valuable clients. The successful candidate will lead the strategy, execution, and performance optimization of digital marketing initiatives by analyzing data, developing strategies, optimizing campaigns, and delivering comprehensive performance reporting. As the in-house expert, they will leverage their experience to ensure clients achieve a strong ROI on their digital marketing investments with Enspire for Enterprise. Finally, through collaboration and mentorship, the candidate will play a key role in enhancing the skills, efficiency, and overall impact of the Enspire for Enterprise performance team.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Digital Advertising and SEO strategy, execution, and optimization for assigned clients and prospects, ensuring campaigns align with their business objectives.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Client Services to translate client goals into data-driven marketing strategies that deliver on brand visibility, lead volume, and lead quality targets.
  • Ensure all creative assets, including website content, images, and video assets, align seamlessly with the overarching digital strategy to maximize performance and meet client objectives.
  • Oversee the setup and implementation of campaigns for new clients, ensuring alignment with brand standards and location-specific performance goals.
  • Proactively analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including web traffic and lead generation metrics to identify opportunities for optimization using best practices and advanced tools.
  • Execute performance tests, such as A/B testing, predictive modeling, and cost-benefit analyses to drive campaign improvements and achieve maximum ROI.
  • Innovate and implement new processes, tools, and techniques to improve campaign performance and efficiency.
  • Ensure the reliability and effectiveness of key campaign components, including call tracking, form fills, ad copy, landing pages, and reporting mechanisms.
  • Prioritize tasks and provide clear direction to team members, ensuring the effective execution, optimization, and fulfillment of campaigns for assigned accounts while maintaining quality and performance standards.
  • Serve as the escalation point for critical issues, engaging executive leadership as needed to resolve challenges promptly.
  • Showcase expertise and professionalism during client-facing performance reviews, new account onboarding meetings, and sales presentations to build trust and confidence.

Client Reporting and Analysis:

  • Develop standardized performance and campaign health reports at both brand and location levels, enabling timely, accurate, and actionable analysis of performance trends.
  • Deliver insightful performance analysis that highlights campaign status, results against targets, drivers of variance, and clear recommendations to enhance outcomes and improve client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with Client Services and Sales to provide market analysis, performance insights, and tailored reports, while participating in client discussions to manage expectations and communicate results effectively.
  • Partner with Fulfillment and R&D teams to ensure the accuracy, reliability, and functionality of Enspire reporting tools, including CenterMark.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret digital, web, and mobile performance data across the Enspire portfolio to evaluate the effectiveness of digital traffic tools, vendor contributions, and overall campaign processes.


 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
  • 3+ years of experience leading complex Digital Advertising and SEO strategies for large clients, preferably in franchise or multi-location environments.
  • Expertise in SEO (On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical), Paid Search, Programmatic Display, and Social Advertising, with a strong focus on optimization, fulfillment, data analysis, and performance reporting.
  • Advanced proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft Advertising, Bing Places, Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Google Search Console, Google Business Profile, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Moz and/or other digital marketing platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to report on digital marketing KPIs such as leads, conversion rates, website traffic, and engagement metrics to measure and optimize campaign success.
  • Extensive experience in evaluating both digital and offline marketing opportunities and developing tailored strategies and playbooks for clients across diverse industries.
  • Proven track record of delivering strong technical expertise and leadership, driving results for both teams and clients.
  • Exceptional team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and departments.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a demonstrated ability to think creatively and drive innovation in digital strategies.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively.
