We are currently searching for a Senior SAP VIM Consultant:

Responsibilities:

• Fully understand I2P (Invoice to Pay) cross-functional integration across SAP modules, with a focus on MM and FI process integrations.
• Comprehend the dynamic global eInvoicing environment, requirements, and options to integrate legal invoices into VIM.
• Optimize VIM for the highest possible first-pass yield for invoice posting and ensure "touchless" invoice processes for exception handling and approval procedures.
• Recommend upgrade opportunities leveraging the latest OpenText VIM products to improve current processes.
• Independently handle requirement gathering, document preparation, end-to-end solution design, functional spec preparation, realization, and deployment.
• Troubleshoot VIM and ICC/BCC implementations during all phases: design, build, test, cutover, deploy, and post-production support.
• Lead the ideation and development of WRICEF objects in collaboration with ABAP and Integration teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business SMEs, architects, developers, and vendor consultants, to enhance current VIM implementations.
• Identify, recommend, and implement complex solutions to meet business needs and create/update associated documentation.
• Participate in project delivery during test cycles and lead root cause analysis and resolution in the VIM space.
• Accommodate variable schedules and work hours depending on client regions.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in configuration and integration related to Vendor Invoice Management (VIM versions 6.0 to 21.3) and related OpenText products (Intelligent Capture for SAP, Business Centre, OpenText ICC/BCC, OpenText Archive Server).
• Experience in 3 or more full-cycle VIM implementations (new installations or version upgrades).
• VIM experience in SAP ECC and S/4HANA environments.
• SAP Business Workflow experience, including enterprise scan, document information processing, and data capture from paper and electronic documents.
• SAP design and configuration expertise in VIM, FI-AP, MM-LIV, and FI/MM Master Data.
• Experience integrating invoices into VIM from non-SAP external P2P systems (Coupa, Taulia, Ariba), government tax authority portals, and legacy systems.

Desired:

• Ability to optimize VIM for seamless processes and exception handling.
• Proven capability to recommend and implement VIM upgrades.

Languages

• Advanced Oral English.
• Native Spanish.
