FG1 - Graphic Designer Senior at Rockcruit

We are looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer

The ideal candidate will have a passion for visual storytelling, a strong portfolio showcasing their design skills across various mediums, and the ambition to lead. This role will collaborate with our marketing teams to create visually stunning assets that engage our clients’ audiences and communicate their brand messages effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design compelling visual assets for digital platforms, including but not limited to: websites, social media posts, email campaigns, ads, brochures, and presentations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, deadlines, and target audiences, to translate them into visually impactful designs.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends, techniques, and best practices, and leverage them to enhance the visual appeal and effectiveness of our designs.
• Guide and mentor our team of designers, ensuring output quality and team development.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in graphic design principles, typography, layout, and color theory.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and other graphic design software/tools as Figma, Canva and Capcut.
• Excellent creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and articulate design concepts to internal and external stakeholders.
• Intermediate-advanced English level.

Preferred Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communications, or a related field.
• Experience with web design.
• Experience with branding projects.
