We are seeking a Sales Manager to lead and manage our B2C sales efforts, focusing on driving revenue across all brands.


Position Overview: As the Sales Manager of Business-to-Consumer (B2C) sales at Edovate Learning Corporation, you will be responsible for overall sales efforts that drive revenue for Bridgeway Academy and Discover!. Managing a small team of sales professionals, this role focuses on managing CRM systems, supporting sales strategies, and ensuring that each sales team member meets and exceeds revenue goals. You will coach and support teams in prospecting, driving and closing sales, and creating exceptional customer experiences.

Requirements
  • Manage a team of sales specialists, ensuring that they have the tools, support, and motivation to achieve OTE.
  • Implement effective sales strategies, ensuring alignment with overall company goals.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data via HubSpot CRM, track KPIs, and provide regular feedback to your team to drive improvement and ensure targets are met.
  • As the main point of contact between sales and product, continuously train sales team members, ensuring that the team stays up to date about brand offerings, differentiation and industry trends.
  • Ensure that all customer interactions provide a high level of service and satisfaction, building lasting relationships with families and ensuring positive outcomes for students.
  • Identify and implement improvements in sales processes, from lead generation to closing, to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide regular reports to the VP of Sales and Marketing on sales performance, market trends, and potential areas of growth.


Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of sales experience, 2+ years in a leadership role proven track record of managing and motivating sales teams to meet and exceed revenue goals
  • Supports the creation of processes and data integrity while wanting to drive team accountability and problem-solving
  • Experience with B2C sales in education or a similar service industry preferred
  • Strong leadership abilities, with a focus on fostering a positive and high-performing team culture
  • A data-driven approach to tracking performance and identifying areas for improvement
  • Extremely proficient in the use of CRM and sales management tools and platforms, specifically HubSpot
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire confidence in both clients and team members
  • Ability to work in a remote environment while maintaining accountability and structure
