Location: Fully Remote (Applicants must be based in Colombia)
Work Hours: Part-Time, Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM - 11:00 AM (Colombia Time)

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with our UX/UI and SEO teams to analyze, strategize, and implement data-driven solutions that maximize conversion rates and improve user engagement across all digital platforms. This role is essential in driving business growth and enhancing the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Optimization Strategy Development:
    • Design and implement CRO strategies to improve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as click-through rates (CTR), bounce rates, and overall conversion rates.
    • Conduct thorough analysis of user behavior, traffic trends, and conversion data to identify opportunities for improvement.
  2. Collaboration with UX/UI and SEO Teams:
    • Partner with the UX/UI team to create user-friendly and visually appealing designs that enhance usability and customer engagement.
    • Work closely with the SEO team to ensure CRO initiatives align with traffic generation strategies and organic performance goals.
  3. Testing and Experimentation:
    • Develop, execute, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests to evaluate the effectiveness of various design, content, and layout changes.
    • Use statistical analysis to validate test results and implement winning variations.
  4. User Research and Analysis:
    • Leverage tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, and similar platforms to gather insights into user behavior and website performance.
    • Conduct user surveys, interviews, and usability testing to gain a deeper understanding of customer needs and pain points.
  5. Performance Reporting and Insights:
    • Prepare detailed reports on CRO campaign performance, highlighting successes, areas for improvement, and actionable recommendations.
    • Provide regular updates to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  6. Content and Design Optimization:
    • Collaborate with content creators and designers to ensure website and landing pages are optimized for conversion while maintaining brand consistency.
    • Monitor and refine calls-to-action (CTAs), forms, and other elements critical to conversion.
  7. Continuous Learning and Innovation:
    • Stay updated on the latest CRO trends, tools, and best practices.
    • Implement innovative strategies to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience in CRO, digital marketing, or related roles.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in CRO tools such as Optimizely, VWO, Google Optimize, or similar platforms.
    • Strong knowledge of web analytics tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or equivalent.
    • Familiarity with UX/UI principles and SEO strategies.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certification in Google Analytics, UX/UI Design, or related disciplines.
  • Experience working with CMS platforms like WordPress or Shopify.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
