Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and implement innovative Salesforce solutions that meet business needs and drive organizational success. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce's architecture, extensive experience in custom development, and the ability to lead technical initiatives while mentoring junior developers.

Key Responsibilities

• Development & Customization:
• Develop, test, and deploy customized solutions on the Salesforce platform, including Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce pages, and API integrations.
• Implement declarative features such as Flows, Process Builder, and Validation Rules.
• Solution Design:
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Create scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions that align with Salesforce best practices.
• System Integration:
• Integrate Salesforce with other internal and third-party systems using APIs, middleware, and web services (REST/SOAP).
• Develop and maintain data synchronization processes.
• Technical Leadership:
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior Salesforce developers.
• Lead code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and compliance with best practices.
• Stay up to date with new Salesforce releases and features, implementing relevant updates.
• Maintenance & Support:
• Perform regular system health checks, debugging, and troubleshooting of issues.
• Optimize Salesforce configurations to enhance user experience and system performance.
• Documentation:
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for new and existing features.
• Create user guides and support training sessions as needed.

Qualifications

• Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience:
• Demonstrated strong Salesforce development experience, with experience in a senior or lead role.
• Proven experience with Lightning Web Components, Apex, and Salesforce declarative tools.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce data model, security, and sharing rules.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Salesforce development tools (e.g., VS Code, Salesforce CLI, Git).
• Experience with APIs, middleware (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi), and integration tools.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for Salesforce.
• Certifications (Preferred):
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II.
• Other relevant certifications (e.g., Administrator, Sales/Service Cloud Consultant).
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to speak, read and write English, in order to support global internal needs.
