Job description

As a Finance Ops Manager you will manage the Professional Services Ops duties for various countries within EMEA and MEA.

This is a key role for the finance and consulting and will involve interaction with senior managers and all members of the finance and consulting team on a daily basis.

This position has both, sole and team responsibility for the processing of PS Ops for various countries. The role will involve E4SE, Financial Force administration, dealing with subcontractors and internal consulting teams. Daily communication with finance and consulting management as well participation in ongoing projects.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Create and engage projects in E4SE and Financial Force in accordance with the established processes and ensuring contract compliance (Clientele)
  • Capture sub-contractor time and expenses in E4SE via the Batch Entry forms.
  • Process billing as well as handle Transfer and Reversals in E4SE when needed.
  • Coordinate invoicing with Finance and address Finance’s questions regarding to billing.
  • Run the Time Summary report on a monthly basis and communicating it to the field & manager.
  • Assist the professional services team with travel arrangements as needed and assist Regional Managers & Directors with team coordination and customers as needed (resource scheduling, tracking WA signatures, etc.)
  • Become the local reference (“go-to” person) for all Financial Force and E4SE-related matters within their region (with back up from Corporate PS Operations when needed)
