We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support us with various administrative tasks.

Main Responsibilities

  • Assist in completing company documents and forms for the Swiss organization.
  • Follow up with Swiss institutions and organizations via email and phone.
  • Help prepare essential documents (candidate will work closely with the supervisor to prepare key documents).
  • Conduct research and gather necessary information as required.
  • Maintain organization and ensure timely completion of task.


Requirements
  • 3-5 years or more of relevant experience in an administrative or support role.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
  • Fluent in both French and English (spoken and written).
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Previous experience working remotely is a plus.


Benefits
  • Independent contractor role with invoicing based on hourly rates.
  • Flexible working hours (approx. 20 hours per week).



Salary: €13.54-€20.74 per Hour
