Job description

Treasure Data:

At Treasure Data, we’re on a mission to radically simplify how companies use data to create connected customer experiences. Our sophisticated cloud-based customer data platform drives operational efficiency across the enterprise to deliver powerful business outcomes in a way that’s safe, flexible, and secure.

We are thrilled that Gartner Magic Quadrant has recognized Treasure Data as a Leader in Customer Data Platforms for 2024! It's an honor to be acknowledged for our efforts in advancing the CDP industry with cutting-edge AI and real-time capabilities. View the report here.

Furthermore, Treasure Data employees are enthusiastic, data-driven, and customer-obsessed. We are a team of drivers—self-starters who take initiative, anticipate needs, and proactively jump in to solve problems. Our actions reflect our values of honesty, reliability, openness, and humility.

Your Role:

Working across all TD business functions (Sales, Product, Marketing, Professional Services, and Customer Success) you will be responsible for leading Treasure Data to foster deep relationships with key strategic SI and Technology partners across Europe. This leader will be an integral part of the EMEA GTM team, and will help drive the next phase of Treasure Data’s growth as we expand TD’s footprint across Europe and the Middle East. Reporting directly to the Head of Partnerships you will have the opportunity to define regional GTM strategy, make your strategic partnership bets, unlock new revenue channels and define TD’s future in the region. Previous experience working with the Global System Integrators (SI’s) and Fortune 2000 companies is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities & Duties:

Partnership Strategy Development:

  • Develop a comprehensive strategy for engaging and partnering with system integrators, technology partners, and agencies aligned with our organizational goals and objectives across the Northern region of Europe.
  • Identify and prioritize target system integrators based on their regional footprint, industry presence, capabilities, and synergies with our offerings.
  • Conduct market research to identify partnership opportunities, market trends, and competitive insights.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including the executive team, sales, marketing, and product teams, to align partnership strategy with overall business goals.

Partner Relationship Management:

  • Build and nurture relationships with executive-level contacts at system integrators and technology partners,, including senior leadership, practice leads, enterprise account owners and business development teams.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for system integrators, ensuring regular communication, collaboration, and effective coordination of joint initiatives.
  • Facilitate ongoing engagement with partners through regular meetings, business reviews, and joint planning sessions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to partners, providing strategic guidance and support to enable their success.
  • Work with the Partner Experience team to develop plans for enablement, growth and project support.

Joint Go-to-Market Planning and Execution:

  • Collaborate with system integrators to develop joint go-to-market strategies, including solution offerings, target industries, and customer segments.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by leveraging the strengths of both organizations.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and delivery, to ensure seamless execution of joint initiatives.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of joint initiatives, track key performance indicators, and make recommendations for improvement.

Contract Negotiation and Legal Support:

  • Work closely with legal and contracting teams to negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, including terms and conditions, revenue sharing models, and intellectual property rights.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards in all partnership activities.

Industry and Market Expertise:

  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape related to system integrators and the technology consulting industry.

  • Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze market dynamics and identify partnership opportunities that align with organizational goals.
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills, with an understanding of legal and financial aspects of partnerships.
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully driving joint go-to-market initiatives and achieving revenue targets.
