Your mission

We are looking for a Founder Associate who will work closely together with our Co-Founder & CEO and help set our strategic priorities across the organisation. You will work on high priority tasks across the company, solving complex problems and will play a crucial role in our further growth story with Finoa being one of the driving forces at the forefront of the emergence of a new financial ecosystem. This unique opportunity will teach you how to build a business from scratch, how to solve absolutely any problem, and the mentality to achieve any goal. You can expect to be surrounded by amazing colleagues and have full autonomy in how you go about making your mark.

In this role, you will:

Define and drive strategic priorities across the organization together with and under the guidance of our Co-Founder & CEO and the broader leadership team and departmental heads.
Lead high priority projects to ensure we achieve our goals.
Enjoy great autonomy allowing you to identify problems, carry out analysis, design solutions and execute them.
Collaborate with teams across Finoa to solve critical problems.
Work on multiple projects in parallel that will require you to be adaptable across multiple functions.
Serve as liaison between staff and leadership transporting the company vision across the organization while at the same time measure company climate and employee well-being.
Serve as a subject matter expert, handling inquiries and developing action plans to address them, and assisting with the preparation and dissemination of communications.

What you need to be successful:

You have 2+ years of experience at a top-tier consulting firm, investment bank, venture capital firm, or in a fast-paced (FinTech) scale-up environment.
You have professional or personal experience or at least a very strong interest in crypto and financial markets.
You have experience in directly supporting the priorities of management.
You have experience in defining and delivering strategic programmes.
You have proven your ability and motivation to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
You possess a strong entrepreneurial mindset and flourish in taking initiative and ownership.
You posses strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.Â
You are a hyper-logical and structured thinker and can break complex problems into smaller ones and enjoy working with data to facilitate your work.
You possess strong verbal and written skills aligned with strong presentation skills.
You are fluent in English, working knowledge in German or other languages are a plus.
