Wir suchen eine/n kommunikative und positive Kollegin/Kollegen, die/der ein breites Wissen in Webtechnologien mit einer ausgeprägten Kundenorientierung in sich vereint. Als 2nd Level Product Support (m/w/div.) bist Du einer unserer Produktexperten und gibst alles dafür, dass unsere Kunden die Trusted Shops Vertrauensfunktionen optimal in ihre Online Shops integrieren. In Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Account-Managern bist Du die Schnittstelle zwischen Kunden, unserer agilen Produktentwicklung und externen Partnern.

 

  • Du stellst sicher, dass unsere Kunden alle Trusted Shops Funktionen optimal in ihren Online-Shops integriert haben, um so den maximalen Nutzen zu erfahren.

  • Du beantwortest technische Kundenanfragen zur Integration der Trusted Shops Vertrauenslösungen in unterschiedlichste Shopsystemen (z.B. Magento, Shopware) per Telefon und E-Mail (2nd-Level)

  • Sollten wir für ein Shopsystem einmal kein fertiges Modul anbieten, entwickelst Du eigene Einbindungen der Trusted Shops Funktionen

  • Als Multiplikator gibst Du Dein Know-How über unsere Produkte und deren Einsatzmöglichkeiten intern weiter

  • Gelegentlich unterstützt Du als technischer Berater unsere Account-Manager und Sales-Kollegen bei Online-Terminen mit Kunden oder Interessenten.

  • Du arbeitest an internen Projekten mit, wie z.B. der Entwicklung von internen Tools für den technischen Support
