As part of our Client Solution Global team, you are responsible with supporting the development of our technical, legal and business expertise on our SaaS and service solution offering. You are the main point of contact to support our sales engagement with our key clients which range from SMBs’ to Fortune 500 accounts.
The focus is to support our Clients in their Portfolio Management requirements.


Your main responsibilities:

  • Drive internally the business proposal:
    • Raise the knowledge on the offering of the sales team (KAM, lead gen) and all client facing personal at Questel
    • On boarding training for new Sales Executives
    • Supports the group's strategic priorities in coordination with Team Manager
    • Ensure a continuous training programme on the solution offering to the sales teams, especially on new features and changes in the offer
    • Prepare and update Sales Enablement Kits in coordination with Team Manager
    • Develops and adapts the strategy according to client feedback/needs
  • Facilitate sales on the service line assigned:
    • Provide technical and business expertise during meetings with prospects / clients
    • Prepare and present business cases
    • Help understand customer needs
    • Provide advice and counsel during negotiations
    • Be proactive in planning and defining prospecting targets
    • Support the drafting of commercial proposals with a stronger involvement on complex projects, multi bundle-services or consulting and calls for tenders
    • Follow-up on opportunities: joint follow up and monitoring of the progress of discussions with the Sales Team
    • Provide clients’ feedback to the Global Trademark Solution Team to improve the offer and the sales process and profitability
  • Act as a link between the sales team and the Global Trademark Solution Team : liaise with Operations and other internal stakeholders (Sales Admin, legal, finance) to facilitate efficient
    and successful client onboarding
  • Support our Marketing engagement: client events - pitch support, fire-chats, webinars, conferences/shows etc.
