Our tax department is very experienced in advising on international taxation, including transfer pricing, Country by Country reporting, EU state aid and OECD BEPS developments. We also have a strong VAT, wage tax and private client practice to complement our overall tax practice. Guidance on transactions is a core activity within our firm. We have the expertise and capacity to support our clients at every stage of the M&A process: tax due diligence, tax compliant structuring, reviewing the tax clauses in the SPA, implementing a management incentive plan and completing post-deal activities.
