A Day in the Life
Are you ready to support best-in-class practices?
We are seeking a dedicated and innovative (Senior) Training and Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will support best-in-class practices by creating governance and structure for meeting timelines and ensuring the correct assignment of training. You will play a crucial role in creating and updating training onboarding programs for a diverse portfolio of job profiles.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
- Co-create and update programs such as Beyond, Logistics Academy, and the Experience Day.
- Develop learning experiences in SkillsLab for all new hires and career development opportunities.
- Design talent development programs for high-performing individuals and teams.
- Contribute to the rollout and maintenance of global programs such as Put Patient First.
Required Knowledge and Experience:
- At least a Bachelor’s degree
- Proven experience in training and development.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to design and implement effective training programs.
