The Role

We are seeking a talented and experienced professional to join our team as a full-time, remote-located Pricing & Contract Specialist. The successful candidate will work closely with Sales, Partnerships, Trial Strategy, and our partner companies to provide support in project budgeting, pricing, and contracting for clinical research studies in the pharmaceutical industry. Responsibilities

  • Oversee the pricing strategy for proposals (RFPs) initiated by the Business Development team.
  • Lead the creation of project budgets, ensuring alignment with corporate pricing standards.
  • Engage with vendors on pricing and contract negotiations to secure favorable terms.
  • Continuously enhance and update guidelines, tools, and templates to streamline processes.
  • Proactively identify and address potential risks related to pricing and sales contracts

Qualifications, Experience, and Skills

  • Previous experience in proposal, pricing and contract management. Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry or experience with patient recruitment will be a plus.
  • Strong analytical, organizational and prioritization skills. Attention to detail and time management skills required.
  • Ability to work in a time-sensitive environment including the ability to handle multiple issues on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Used to working in an English-speaking environment with good communication skills.
  • Working experience with CRM systems will be a plus.

Educational Requirements

  • University degree (bachelor or master level) or clinical background preferred
