Requirements

Key Responsibilities-

• Research Evaluation: Analyse and implement insights from the latest AI/ML research papers and conferences.
  
• Model Assessment: Evaluate open-source models for applicability to specific domains and use cases.
  
• Implementation & Adaptation: Fine-tune and modify AI/ML models (e.g., LLMs, GANs, vision models) for optimal performance.
  
• Prototyping: Develop proof-of-concept solutions using state-of-the-art AI frameworks and tools.
  
• Collaboration: Work with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to bridge the gap between research and application.
  
• Documentation: Maintain detailed records of experiments, findings, and recommendations to guide future implementations.
  

• Education:
  

• Pursuing or recently completed a PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
  

• Technical Expertise:
  

• Strong understanding of AI/ML algorithms and architectures (e.g., transformers, diffusion models, reinforcement learning).
  
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
  
• Proficiency in Python and related libraries (NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn).
  
• Experience with LLMs, fine-tuning, and evaluating models like, Llama, GPT, BERT, or Stable Diffusion.
  

• Research Skills:
  

• Proven ability to understand and implement academic research in AI/ML.
  
• Publication record in reputable journals or conferences is a plus.
